TL:DR

Begonia daunhitam is a shrub-like species from Indonesia. New leaves are dark reddish, quickly turning to a dark purple-blue. As the leaves mature they darken, elongate and develop corrugations. Young leaves resemble B sp. Temuyuk (kapuashuluensis), but always stay completely flat when mature.). It is sensitive to environmental changes and it is recommended to keep it between 24 to 32C with a high humidity (>80%, if not 90%).
